Past 2 Weeks

Sorry everyone for not sending last week's email. I ran out of time and the computer kicked me off.

The past two weeks have been great. We did a ton of things like went on exchanges, had a zone conference, made scones, took out car to get fixed, had a sketchy guy talk to us, had a baptism, gave a blessing, tried to get into a gated community, handed out #HALLELUJAH cards, and had an investigator stop smoking.

Kind of a busy two weeks.

Also transfers are next week, so if you send letters and stuff this week hopefully they are here by Monday morning or just send them to

Fresno Temple

We had another great week this week. We got to go to the Fresno temple! It was awesome. It was crazy how small it was though. It was smaller than a regular church building.

I got to go on exchanges this week. That was pretty cool. I gog to try to speak Spanish. I did bear my testimony though. It was a super cool experience. The spirit can still testify even if it is super simple.

Week....36

This week was great! The work has been a little slow, but hopefully it will pick up some more soon.

This week we were able to go down to Santa Barbara for a life skills training. It took around 2 1/2-3 hours to get there. It was a really great training. We learned about basically life skills that some people didn't know. Like changing tires, cleaning vacuum filters, giving talks, talking to people, cooking, heath stuff, how to reduce stress, and all sorts of things. It was really good.

Also, on Tuesday, we were having dinner with a family. They have lots of little kids, so it is ridiculously crazy. You would have to be there to understand it. But, one of their kids fell off of the trampoline. He started screaming. He hit his head. He was all fine in the end, but then, he had blood coming out of his ear and we think he got a concussion. We felt super bad for him. He was terrified because all of his siblings kept telling him that it looked really bad. We gave him a priesthood blessing. It was super cool. As we gave the blessing, he calmed down and stopped screaming. The Spirit was super strong. It was a really cool experience.

So the challenge for this week is to be watchful and pay attention to the Spirit. Try to listen to the promptings of the Spirit.
