2nd Week in the Field

This week was awesome! We met a lot of people. Lots of things are optional in California: stop signs, turn signals, sanity, ect... It is really different here than in Idaho, but it is awesome.

The investigator I talked about last week came to church. He rode his bike and dressed up and everything. It was really cool.

My companion and I were walking down the street and this guy came up to us and said, "Did you know that Jesus pushed people off of buildings?" That guy was a little crazy, but it was funny.

First Week in the Field

My first week has been awesome. The weather is really nice. My trainer is Elder Mulford. He is an awesome missionary. Apparently, I also got one the best areas in the entire mission as well. Lots of things are happening.

So we were teaching an investigator. He is 12 with adhd. It was cool as we taught the lesson he was really interested. We could tell that he could feel the Spirit. It was so awesome! The Spirit was so strong. That is probably the highlight of my week. It was amazing.

Also, sorry if I don't respond to an email you sent this week... I don't have much time to email today, so if you sent me an email, I got it, but didn't have enough time to respond back this week. I will try to be faster next week.

By the way, just in case anyone wanted to know, here is my mailing address.

Elder Bronson made it to Cali !

Dear Parents,
Just a note to let you know that your missionary has arrived in the field.  President and Sister Felix met them at the Santa Barbara Airport in the last hour and were so delighted to greet them all.  They will have lunch near the beach together and then be taken to the mission home to rest before they have their infield orientation.  Thank you so much for sending us such quality missionaries.  We are grateful for their willingness to serve the Lord.

First Week- MTC

My first week has been awesome. From the second I was dropped off, we have always had something to do. It has been great though. My district is awesome. My companion's name is Elder Wilson. The Spirit is so strong here and I am learning so much.

The 4th of July was pretty good. We worked all day, but we had a special devotional at the end of the day. Our branch president, President Judd, spoke at it. It was really cool though.
At another devotional, Jenny Oaks Baker came and played violin. It was really awesome. She is Dallon H. Oaks's daughter who went to Juliard.

Well, that's about all I can remember right now.  I'll be sending another email my next p-day. If anyone wants taken off my email list, or if anyone you know wants added on just tell me.
